VAPDA
The Vermont Association of Planning & Development Agencies (VAPDA) consists of Vermont’s 11 Regional Planning Commissions (RPCs). In the absence of county government, RPCs play a crucial role in connecting communities and state government. RPCs are political subdivisions of the State of Vermont, uniquely positioned to provide broad services to every Vermont municipality.
